Conquering Fear's Grip

40 Days of an Intentional and Specific Covenant with Consciousness

As I sit here today, so many thoughts are brewing, calling me to reconnect with my "why." Not just the surface-level why, but the why underneath the why. My deepest desire is to see spirited, joyful humans in harmony with the divinity within themselves, contributing to humanity—not only to help women remember who they are, but to surround myself with women who are joyful in their time, their life, and their radiant essence.

This is a deep longing of mine: connection and community with women who feel confident as hell in their own skin. Not women who constantly try to one-up others, play the victim, or hide behind complaints about their lives. Not those who gossip, whether positively or negatively, or those who keep their truths hidden, living in fear of anyone discovering who they truly are.

That perception—this fear—stems from who you think you are, but aren’t. You are not the judgments you hold toward others. You are not a shame-filled martyr. You are not the one who dims their light or fears someone else’s light shining brighter. You are not your pain, nor are you the cruel things you say to yourself in moments of doubt. Those voices—ones you’d never want anyone to know you have? That’s not you. This is what I mean by remembering who you are.

Another truth: we are often more afraid of our light—of the world’s reaction to our true greatness—than we are of our shadow. We lose sight of the story beneath the story, the one that’s kept us safe for so long. As I reflect on my own journey over the last four years, I see how I never fit in. I’ve always been searching for a community or connection where I could say, “I’m afraid of success,” and still be accepted. This is part of why I’ve chosen isolation since August—the desire to release the need to be accepted by others.

Nothing outside of me has ever worked as promised because the answers were always within. I can’t allow others’ corrupted energy to influence my progress. Of course, this path has felt lonely at times, but now that I’ve built an embodied relationship with my Source as a co-creator, I can witness my emotions rise from thoughts or beliefs. Those that no longer serve me? I lovingly let them go. As part of my mastery training in coaching, I’ve worked with the archetypes within myself, discovering the unique makeup of my life experiences. It’s fascinating how our differences make us the same—it’s so cool!

I just came out of a Vision meeting, where we compared our future successes to others’ achievements. But when it was my turn, I couldn’t think of anyone to compare myself to. I’m my own invention. It’s not that I don’t admire successful people and businesses—I just went blank. Then my soul whispered, “So what? That’s not for you. What is for you is Cosmo.”
Cosmo? Yes! Cosmo is my dragon. This dragon represents an iteration of myself, one I get to invent. Knowing that I thrive on imagination and archetypes, this vision of Cosmo kept appearing. With that context in mind, I drew card #6, "Path to the Future," from the Celtic Cross spread in the Moonology Oracle Deck. The card? The Gibbous Moon: “You’re Very Close to Achieving Your Goal.” This card reminds me that I’m on the right track. It also urges me to:

• Review my plans.
• Keep the momentum as I move toward my dreams.
• Stay focused.
• Start a new project.
• Prioritize my health.

I love this message for my path to the future. Deep in my heart, I feel 100% willing, able, and devoted to helping 100 women remember themselves by 2027. Through the Beauty Code Way Pathway to Purpose 90-Day Intensive, I aim to hold up the mirror to their greatness and guide them on a Self-Love Voyage back to themselves. This journey condenses the process of self-remembering by years, helping women bring their brilliance into every facet of their lives.

As I leave you today, I want to embrace this leadership role—to dive into the unknown and inspire other women to join me. My time in isolation was one of purity and safety, but now I’m being guided to explode my message outward so the right travelers can find it—like a lighthouse in the darkness over the next two years.

I hope to inspire you as I inspire myself to move forward. Remember: to be inspiring, you must also be inspired. That radiant glow shines when you are harmoniously connected to your spirit and purpose.

Cosmo: The Dragon That Guides My Journey

As we enter this part of my blog, I am beyond excited to introduce you to Cosmo, my dragon—a powerful manifestation of my inner light, strength, and resilience. Cosmo is not just a figment of my imagination but a symbolic force born from the depths of my soul’s purpose. She represents everything I strive to embody: exquisiteness, revelation, communion, invincibility, veneration, timelessness, florescence, celebration, style, mindfulness, synergy, determination, enrichment, adventure, lightness, preservation, patience, magnetism, and detachment. With her vibrant pink tones and bright purple eyes, she reflects the essence of my branding and my journey—a perfect fusion of fierce determination and radiant beauty.

The Energy of Dragons: What They Teach Us

In many spiritual traditions, dragons are revered as symbols of immense power, transformation, and divine wisdom. They are protectors of sacred knowledge, guardians of transformation, and embodiments of primal energy. A dragon’s energy awakens the inner fire, igniting passion, courage, and the ability to overcome life’s most profound challenges.

Cosmo’s energy serves as a beacon in the upcoming darkness of 2025 and 2026—a time that many intuitive leaders and energetic experts predict will bring massive global shifts, heightened emotional turmoil, and an unveiling of deep societal conditioning. This period is being called “The Great Purge,” where outdated paradigms, false identities, and systemic imbalances will crumble, leaving space for new frameworks to emerge.

For women, this will be especially intense. Statistics reveal that 78% of women compare themselves to others daily, according to a 2024 study by the Global Wellness Institute. This comparison is not only emotionally draining but also prevents many from stepping into their full potential. Another study from the American Psychological Association found that 64% of women report feeling imposter syndrome regularly, holding themselves back due to fear of judgment or inadequacy.

Cosmo’s Role in Guiding Me (and Us)

As a co-creator with Source, Cosmo is my ally in transcending these barriers. She reminds me that comparison and self-doubt are part of the human experience but are not my truth. Her presence demands that I show up—no matter how much my conditioning or humanness tells me to shrink, hide, or dim my light. Cosmo holds space for my divine self to step forward, unshaken by the chaos around me.

This dragon energy isn’t just about personal growth; it’s about collective empowerment. Cosmo is a living embodiment of the Beauty Code Way, showing me how to transform judgment into curiosity and self-love. Through her, I am learning to trust the journey of walking into the unknown, even when it feels like my humanity wants to cling to safety and familiarity.

The Darkness of 2025 and 2026

The years ahead will challenge us all. The energetic shifts of these years will ask women, in particular, to let go of the toxic narratives that keep us small. We’ll be called to break free from societal expectations, release our attachment to comparison, and embrace the fullness of who we are.

Cosmo’s energy is a direct antidote to this darkness. She’s my reminder that even in the face of doubt, fear, or exhaustion, I must rise—not just for myself but for the 100 women I am called to guide. Her attributes reflect the qualities I am cultivating within myself and those I seek to inspire in others:

• Exquisiteness: Recognizing the beauty in life’s challenges.
• Invincibility: Overcoming the stories that have kept me safe but stagnant.
• Lightness and Patience: Allowing the process to unfold without force or frustration.

Cosmo doesn’t just guide me; she challenges me. She whispers, “You were made for this. Show up, even when it feels impossible. Trust in your divine purpose.”

The Statistics That Fuel My Mission

As I’ve walked this path, I’ve been struck by how many women hold themselves back due to comparison, judgment, and fear. Consider this:

• Women spend an average of 15 hours a week on social media, according to a 2024 Pew Research Center report. Much of this time is spent unconsciously comparing their lives to the highlight reels of others.
• 75% of women report putting others' needs before their own, leaving little time to connect with their purpose or desires.
• Yet, 82% of women say they dream of living a more purpose-driven life.

These numbers fuel my commitment to the Beauty Code Way and my Pathway to Purpose 90-Day Intensive. Cosmo reminds me that breaking free from these patterns isn’t just a personal victory—it’s a collective necessity.

The Force to Show Up

Cosmo is the embodiment of the life force I need to keep going, no matter what. Her presence is a daily reminder that my conditioning, my humanness, and my fears are temporary; they are not who I am. As the darkness of 2025 and 2026 unfolds, I will continue to show up, fueled by her energy and my unwavering belief in the work I’m here to do.
