Your Inner Self (often called ego) isn't "bad"—it’s protective, trying to keep you safe. Yet, when unrecognized, it:

Criticizes and judges relentlessly.

Attaches to pain, limitations, and old stories.

Acts from fear, defensiveness, and scarcity.
Your Higher Self is your true essence—pure, limitless, compassionate. It:

Operates from unconditional love.

Trusts and embraces change and growth.

Views challenges as gifts, not punishments.

When you face challenges, do you react from your Inner Self or pause and respond from your Higher Self?

We unconsciously become attached to pain, limitations, and old patterns. Attachments feel familiar, even comforting. They're forms of emotional addiction that create endless loops of suffering.

Attachments keep you from true happiness, sovereignty, and your highest health. They contract your energy, restrict your breath, and keep your heart closed—literally creating disease in your body.

๐ Why Relationships Feel Challenging (Your Emotional Caution)
Relationships mirror your inner state and trigger old wounds. If your heart is closed and guarded (due to past hurts), relationships become your nemesis rather than a source of joy.
We unconsciously push people away as protection, telling ourselves we're better alone—yet deep down, we crave pure, unconditional connection.
Your relationships are gifts:
They reveal exactly where you're still wounded. Each trigger is an invitation from your Higher Self to heal.

Recognize when you push people away to avoid hurt. Shift from emotional caution to emotional courage, knowing you can handle vulnerability with grace.

Your health isn't just physical—it's a combination of mental, emotional, energetic, and physical states. Your Inner Self vs. Higher Self dynamics determine your health:

Use somatic practices like dance, movement, or yoga to release emotional blockages and shift your energy.

Acknowledge your negative states openly. Shift consciously into the positive polarities to restore energetic balance.
