I Created This Because I Needed a Way to Stay.

I’ve always been someone who could see the bigger picture.

I could feel transformation before I fully embodied it.

But because I could see things so big… I constantly wanted to skip steps.

And every time I skipped steps, I skipped relationship with myself.

So I began creating simple, playful, repeatable ways to return to myself over and over again.

Because eventually I realized:

Transformation happens through what we repeatedly return to.

The Mirror Transmission became one of those practices.

Instructions

This is not something you perfect.

This is something you return to.

Step 1 — Choose Your Mirror

Use a mirror where you can comfortably see yourself.

This can be:

  • your bathroom mirror
  • your car mirror
  • a compact mirror
  • a standing mirror

The goal is not perfection.

The goal is presence.

Step 2 — Choose Your Word

Choose one word your body is asking to live.

Not from pressure.

Not from performance.

From resonance.
