Ordinary is Freedom

Wow, that’s a bold statement, huh? As I’ve turned deeply inward to connect with my dorsal ganglia, I’ve started loosening tension and releasing old, stagnant, lower-vibrational energy that’s kept me feeling trapped in my body and far from free.

This part of the body is absolutely fascinating. Personally, I’ve experienced extreme sensitivity in this area—whether through digestion issues or pain. Sometimes, the pain is so intense I can feel it when I touch or press on it. And because it’s so deep, it can go completely numb to the touch.

This is the place where emotions are buried and creativity lies, like a treasure waiting to be unearthed. If you really want to heal—whether it’s your own wounds, ancestral wounds, or collective karma—it will require you to dig deep and get creative, to think beyond the confines of the matrix.

The outside world teaches us to despise this part of our body. It blames this area for our insecurities and problems. It feels so heavy here, and because we haven’t been given the tools to think differently, we stay trapped in the cycle. We hate this part of ourselves, ignore it, feel victimized by it, and worst of all, hold the highest expectations for it—abusing it to no end. This is where our inner child and childhood wounds reside, and yet we constantly expect it to be something it’s not. We abuse it, try to force and control it through pain and negativity, and then wonder why we feel stuck.

Fascinating, isn’t it? As part of the Delta sequence, when we’re in position 3—focused on the solar plexus and peace through thought—we’re guided to physically love this part of our body and just listen to it.

In the Venus sequence, we’re encouraged to locate where the most pain, tension, or heaviness resides in our body. Then, we imagine what it would feel like if that heaviness were gone. We envision the peace, love, and freedom underneath the corruption in our cells and DNA—corruption that drives us to act like both victims and dictators toward our bellies.

Now, as I tune into this area—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—I feel things loosening. Through my personal wellness practices, I’m deeply cleansing this area from the bottom up and the top down. I rely on sacred practices that help me move past the conditioning of societal “experts,” like doctors or others taught in ways that don’t align with my own authority. I am my own best health expert, and I commune with God for all my healing modalities. That’s why I keep these practices private.

As I cleanse, commune, pray, and breathe, I also call in my guides: Archangel Raphael, Archangel Michael, Archangel Gabriel, Archangel Uriel, Archangel Metatron, Sandalphon, my star families and councils, and many others. Today, I worked with Lakshmi, and wow, did she have an unexpected message for me.

Before I share today’s card, I want to revisit another card I drew last night from Archetype Cards by Caroline Myss. It was the Goddess card, and it fit perfectly with yesterday’s revelations. The card highlighted both the light and shadow attributes of the Goddess archetype:

  • Light Attribute: The feminine expressed through wisdom, nature, life force, and sensuality.
  • Shadow Attribute: Exploitation of the female nature and form.

I recognized how easy it would be to unknowingly fall into the shadow attribute—seeking to connect with personal or sexual power in a way that isn’t aligned with my path.

Now, onto today’s card from the Moonology Oracle Card Deck, drawn as part of the Full Celtic Cross Spread. Card #5 represents “The Outcome If Nothing Changes.” The card I pulled was Full Moon in Scorpio: “It’s Time to Release Negativity.”

The message? Feel all your feelings. It’s better to let them out than keep them in. Move away from living in fear and embrace living in joy.

As I focused on deeply cleansing my internal organs—especially those tied to the dorsal ganglia—the process became all about releasing what no longer serves me. The results were mind-blowing. But let me be clear: this isn’t a pretty task, nor is it for the faint of heart. It requires time and commitment. The holistic cleansing methods I use are powerful enough to be suggested for those battling severe illnesses like cancer, but for me, it doesn’t have to reach that point. I’ve been practicing this type of cleansing since 2007, long before I explored spirituality.

If you’re ready to open yourself to a new world of ancient concepts that feel like a profound reminder, maybe it’s time for your own deep journey inward. While I don’t teach the physical modalities I use, I do share them selectively. If I feel you would benefit from them during my Pathway to Purpose: 90-Day Intensive Self-Love Soul Purpose Coaching package, I won’t withhold them from you.

Today has been a long and revealing day, and I feel like I’m still only scratching the surface of these daily revelations. But I’m excited because each step brings me closer to fulfilling my mission: helping 100 women remember who they are by 2027. If you choose to be one of the 100, I’ll guide you through a soulful 90-day foundational voyage. Let’s begin.

Bye for Now,

Ordinary Is Freedom: Unlocking the Extraordinary Within

What does it mean to say Ordinary is Freedom? On the surface, it may sound contradictory. Isn’t the extraordinary what we’re all striving for? The truth is, the path to the extraordinary starts with embracing the ordinary. Let me explain how I live an ordinary, everyday life as a human maneuvering through the complexities of the matrix, while holding an extraordinary secret: I commune with my highest self, God, or Source, co-creating a life that is both a game we’re playing and a story we’re telling.

We’re not just surviving—we’re evolving. Through this work, we’re transmuting suffering into something entirely new, shaping a completely different race of beings, one step at a time. Ordinary is the foundation; extraordinary is the revelation.

Ordinary vs. Extraordinary: How They Intertwine

  1. Digestion vs. Dorsal Ganglia

    • Ordinary is focusing on digestion or working on your belly—supporting your body to function better.
    • Extraordinary is working with the dorsal ganglia, a powerful area in your nervous system located near the solar plexus. This area holds the key to deep emotions, creativity, and even buried traumas. By addressing this area, you’re not just healing digestion—you’re unlocking the treasures of stored emotions and releasing energy that no longer serves you. The dorsal ganglia is a gateway to aligning your physical, emotional, and spiritual selves.
  2. Spiritual Connection vs. Covenant with Source

    • Ordinary is being spiritually connected to a Divine source—a beautiful and essential practice.
    • Extraordinary is having a covenant with Source Consciousness, actively co-creating your reality as a sacred partnership. It’s not just connection—it’s collaboration, a dynamic dance of giving and receiving with the Divine.
  3. Self-Care vs. Calling in the Forces

    • Ordinary is practicing self-care to support your mental health—an act of love and survival.
    • Extraordinary is calling in the forces from all dimensions—guides, angels, and star families—to align you with your truth and deepen your capacity to love yourself.
  4. Setting Boundaries vs. Creating a Forcefield

    • Ordinary is setting boundaries to protect your energy.
    • Extraordinary is creating a glowing vibrational forcefield around your body that not only repels what doesn’t serve you but transmutes negativity into something useful. This is boundaries at the energetic level—protective and transformational.
  5. Setting Goals vs. Using the Moon as Guidance

    • Ordinary is setting goals and taking steps to achieve them.
    • Extraordinary is using the Moon’s phases and intuitive guidance to align your goals with the natural rhythms of the universe, creating a flow that feels deeply connected and divinely inspired.
  6. Seeking Expertise vs. Trusting Divine Authority

    • Ordinary is turning to doctors or external authorities for answers about your health.
    • Extraordinary is communing with God as the ultimate authority, unlocking the human healing potential already embedded within your body.
  7. Feeling Feminine vs. Embodying the Goddess

    • Ordinary is taking better care of yourself to feel more sensual and feminine.
    • Extraordinary is discerning the attributes of the Goddess archetype and communing with that archetype to embody her wisdom, sensuality, and power.
  8. Cleansing vs. True Detoxification

    • Ordinary is cleansing from the top down, addressing the surface-level systems.
    • Extraordinary is cleansing from the bottom up, going deep into the root systems of your physical and energetic bodies to release toxins and stagnation at their source.
  9. Temporary Solutions vs. A Proven Foundation

    • Ordinary is relying on modalities that never last or provide only temporary relief.
    • Extraordinary is following a proven, step-by-step system to build a foundation that supports the evolution of who you know you are meant to become.
  10. Doing vs. Being

    • Ordinary is doing all the things you’ve been told to do, ticking off checklists and chasing results.
    • Extraordinary is stepping into the space of being, where you are fully present, fully aligned, and fully connected with yourself.
  11. Seeking Answers vs. Climbing the Inner Mountain

    • Ordinary is seeking answers from external sources.
    • Extraordinary is climbing the metaphorical mountain within yourself, finding the wisdom that’s already there, and surviving the journey.

The Beauty in the Ordinary

The extraordinary cannot exist without the ordinary. It is through the small, grounded practices—working on digestion, setting boundaries, and practicing self-care—that we access the deeper, transformational work of tuning into the dorsal ganglia, creating energetic forcefields, and communing with Source.

A Path Back to Yourself

My coaching program is rooted in common sense and common practice. It’s about getting back in tune with who you are at your core and guiding you toward the extraordinary truth of who you are meant to be. This isn’t about chasing some ideal or reaching for something outside yourself—it’s about remembering and becoming everything you already are.

Are you ready to take that journey? Let’s embrace the ordinary together and unlock the extraordinary life waiting for you.
