Understanding the Language: A New World of Words

Working within the Akashic field to write my story as a natural occurrence is something I am striving to remember to do. After some turbulence in my energetic field—human drama and conflict—I found myself feeling everything deeply and observing the story I’m telling without even realizing it.

If this is my current moment and state, I obviously created it, but... why? By filtering out the emotions from the truth, I could see my fear patterns and recognize the story I’m currently telling—a story rooted in staying the same.

The subtleties of these fears are becoming more distant, yet they still show up. I realize I’m creating these moments for myself in a way that forces me to pause and take a deeper look at the corruption within.

It’s fascinating how my own lies convince me that I’m horrible, that others are horrible, and that the world is horrible! Reverse engineering this process is wild.

This chaotic emotional imbalance I created was my way of proving my fears to myself—a self-fulfilling prophecy courtesy of the brain’s brilliance.

To move forward, I focused on emotional alignment, owning my patterns, and uncovering the lesson. I took a salt bath with lots of jet vibrations and noise, then put on headphones and listened to a guided meditation into my Akashic library and field. Once you’ve had a visual or visceral experience of this, you can access it instantly.

There, waiting for me, was a light representing my current life: the stories I’m telling myself and the games I’m playing. In that light, I saw how my behaviors and experiences were intentionally orchestrated—designed by me to teach lessons that push me beyond the repetitive cycle of old challenges and ineffective solutions.

It wasn’t the situations themselves but the emotions tied to them that were calling to be felt, seen, and dissolved. This was the gateway to uncovering the deeper fear driving the patterns.

I also practiced Qigong, aligning myself to the truth that became accessible after I moved past the gatekeeper of shame, blame, and guilt. I was shown how these emotions were my own creation, and I realized the importance of finding the story beneath the story—the one that truly wants to be written.

While I’m still healing from this cold, I’ve slowed down enough to give myself space for quiet reflection, honesty, and communion with my highest self. Without this 40-day covenant, it would be so easy to get lost trying to navigate life’s challenges alone.

What is the real story? What is the actual real story? And ultimately, what is the story waiting to be written?

I can’t wait to share the story that is truly being called to be written and exposed.

Bye for now,
Brooke

Understanding the Language: A New World of Words

Hey there,
If you’re reading this, you might have come across words in my journal that feel unfamiliar or even intimidating. Words like covenant, self-fulfilling prophecy, Akashic Library and Field, gatekeeper, stories, and Qigong. I know how high achievers like us can sometimes feel a pang of self-judgment when we encounter concepts we weren’t taught. But here’s the thing: this isn’t about feeling smart or knowing everything—it’s about remembering what we already know on a deeper level.

Language like this is an invitation into a new way of thinking and being. It’s not meant to make you feel “less than,” but rather to help you expand and connect with truths that might already resonate in your bones. So, let’s break it down together.

Covenant

A covenant is a sacred agreement or promise, but it’s not about obligation—it’s about intention. In my journal, I talk about a 40-day covenant with consciousness. This means I’ve committed to showing up for myself in an intentional and specific way every day for 40 days. It’s a relationship with my higher self, a vow to explore, reflect, and grow. Think of it as creating a container for transformation—a gift to yourself.

Self-Fulfilling Prophecy

This is one of those psychological terms that hits home for high achievers. A self-fulfilling prophecy is when your beliefs (conscious or unconscious) shape your actions in ways that make those beliefs come true. For example, if I believe I’m doomed to repeat a pattern, I might unconsciously create situations that prove me right. The brain is brilliant at this! Recognizing these patterns is the first step to breaking them and rewriting the story.

Akashic Library and Field

This might sound a little woo-woo, but bear with me. The Akashic Field is often described as an energetic database—a vibrational library that holds the record of everything: past, present, and potential future. When I mention “accessing my Akashic Library,” I’m talking about connecting with this energetic wisdom. It’s like tapping into a higher perspective where I can see my life’s patterns and lessons with clarity. If this is new to you, think of it as a deeply intuitive space that helps guide you back to your truth.

Gatekeeper

A gatekeeper is the emotion, belief, or fear standing between you and your next level of awareness. In my journal, I talked about shame, blame, and guilt as gatekeepers. These aren’t bad emotions—they’re just protectors, often guarding the deeper truths we need to uncover. Once we move past them, we find the story beneath the story.

The Stories (3)

In my journal, I mention the layers of stories we tell ourselves:

  1. The Surface Story – This is what we think is happening, often driven by fear or judgment.
  2. The Real Story – The deeper truth about our emotions and patterns.
  3. The Story Waiting to Be Written – The one aligned with our highest self and potential.

Each layer holds a key to understanding and growth. It’s a process of peeling back the layers to uncover what’s really calling to be seen and expressed.

Qigong

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines movement, breath, and intention to cultivate and balance life energy (Qi). For me, it’s a way to move stagnant energy in my body and align with my truth. Think of it as a moving meditation—simple, yet incredibly powerful. It’s especially helpful when emotions feel stuck or overwhelming.

How Loud Noises, Vibrations, and Water Help with Emotional Alignment

This might sound unexpected, but these elements are powerful tools for shifting emotional states:

  • Loud Noises: Think of a drumbeat or a sound bath. The vibrations disrupt stuck energy and help clear mental clutter.
  • Vibrations: These work on a cellular level, shaking up stagnant energy and creating space for flow. Even something like the jets in a bath can help.
  • Water: Water is inherently cleansing, both physically and energetically. Immersing yourself in water—whether it’s a bath, shower, or even swimming—can wash away emotional heaviness and restore balance.

For me, combining these tools with meditation or visualization takes things even deeper, helping me realign emotionally and energetically.

Remembering Together

These words and practices are not about creating barriers; they’re about breaking them down. If you’ve never encountered this language before, that’s okay—it doesn’t mean you’re “behind” or “not spiritual enough.” This is a remembering, a reawakening to what you already carry within you.

The world we’re stepping into isn’t about perfection or achievement—it’s about curiosity, connection, and compassion for ourselves and the journey we’re on.

Let’s explore together.

With love,
Brooke
